Game 1: Titans 25-16 Bolingbrook

The Titans may not have played particularly well in this game but it was an important win against regional opposition.
Lead by Ian Langan and Tony Palmer the Titans put away the first game with relative ease.
The second game saw the Titans gift Bolingbrook 19 points and give them some hope of taking the match to 3. However, will some solid passing (Mike Smeltzer) and a few strong hits (Jorrell Bonner) they were able to put the match away 25-19.
It was an importat victory in two ways, we beat regional opposition and it gave our guys a wake up call that it is not acceptable to play down to the opposition’s standards.
Junior Varsity Game Report
Opponent: Bolingbrook
Game 1: Titans 29-27 Bolingbrook
Game 2: Titans 25-21 Bolingbrook
The JV team really started to play like Titans during this game. They showed tremendous heart and perseverance in a long, tense and exciting game. Led by Mike Paik and Jon Koch they managed to close the game out 29-27.
The second game was not so much a tense affair but it definitely had it’s moments. The JV team had the momentum and for the most part kept it throughout the game. The game was pushed in the Titans favor by a huge serving run (Fransisco Zepeda) and some strong defense. The Titans closed out the match with relative ease at 25-21.
